bURNed Initially excited about my order. Was disappointed to hear that my order had to be sent via regular mail due to cost of express shipping to Guam. This will extend delivery beyond the advertised period. I threatened to cancel the order but cooler heads prevailed. In explaining the reason for delays the CS representative called Guam an “unreachable lonely island in the middle of the pacific”…somewhat insulting to me as Guam is my island home. I hope the urn is top quality as I will return it if not satisfied.

I found it impossible to get an idea… I found it impossible to get an idea about shipping. When I bought the urn I was unaware it was coming from Europe. I ended up buying one domestically because I was afraid it wouldn’t be delivered in time. Now I will attempt to return it.

Everything was perfect Everything was perfect and the urn arrived 3 week earlier than expected. The team was very helpful when I needed to change the delivery address. It arrived last week and it is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It is absolutely perfect! The candle votive sent with it is a really thoughtful touch. Thank you Urn Legend team!

Unique & Beautiful Urns The urns that they offer are less traditional and more unique than what you can find anywhere else. Their prices are also very reasonable. I will be bringing the urn home until I can decide what to do with my relative's ashes and i don't believe it will be easing identified as an urn.
