Pre Workout Wow! I started using two weeks ago before my strength training sessions and felt such an increase in my focus and energy lift throughout my whole weight training sessions. A Yummy Boost Gave this pre-workout a try at the recommendation of a friend. I've tried other pre-workouts that either made me hungry or kept me up at night. The tropical sunrise flavor is really yummy, reminds me of pixie sticks. Took this 30 min prior to my workout and felt amped from the start. I'm usually sluggish and dreading the warm up but I actually felt less winded and pushed through all the reps. I would normally give up half way to take a break but I felt a surge to power through. Slept like a babe after my workout. Really loving the effects so far! Found my new workout buddy! Lol
