It's all so easy being able to do it from my phone especially with having a very busy work life! For the first time in a long time I can picture a healthy future that I am so excited about! My coach Amber has been not only motivating but also an amazing teacher giving me all the tips to help change my life style and build my self confidence! I am so thankful for her and for this program!

After losing weight 6 years ago then regaining it, it’s been difficult to make any progress with anything g I’ve tried. The doctors get to you pretty quickly and before you know it, the medication is at your door. Amber, my weight loss coach, helps keep me on track and celebrates the small wins along my journey.
