Highly recommend!!!! I am so impressed with Shapely and forever grateful!! After trying multiple different routes to lose weight including meal programs and other weight loss clinics, for the first time I feel heard and know I’m getting the personalized treatment I’ve been looking for all these years. Dr. Zaghi is incredible, super empathetic, makes me feel empowered and listens to all of my concerns and fears. The Dietitian is also very nice and not judgmental at all and has made me realistic goals that are actually working! I’m almost at my target weight and this is the first time I haven’t relapsed compared to all the other times and I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Z and Shapely!!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else but them!

ABSOLUTE BEST Dr Justin is hands down the absolute best there is in ANY Doctor I have seen in person or online in my entire 53 years. He is attentive and very caring. He always has a smile on his face and listens to my concerns. I was shocked to see there is a way to actually chat with him when I had any issues. He sent me for blood work and tested for things that no other Doctor tested for. He detected thru the blood work that my thyroid was not functioning at peak levels which is a contributing factor for my weight gain. Why didn't any other Doctor think to run this simple blood test? His staff got my prior authorization into my insurance company literally the same day. My insurance denied my Zepbound and then that same day they sent in Wegovy and got it approved. This is unheard of in the health care field for a Dr's office to get a Prior auth submitted same day and they did it twice!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance for weight loss meds. I have been a patient now for almost 2 months and am still getting the absolute best care than I ever had in life. I am trying to convince him to open a practice in Clearwater Florida and become my Primary Care Physician. I can not say more good things about Dr Justin and his staff.
