Disappointed Despite having an appointment, it took 5hours for grooming services. However, main reason why i rated low and won’t ever return, I arrived and parked right in front of shop, I see an employee smack a dog that was being a bit difficult. This employee went to assist and hold the dog, he smacked it on the head twice. That was very disturbing to watch. We trust that our pets that are like family will be safe. They shouldn’t be mistreated while being serviced.

Friendly & gentle staff Our dog used to be scared every time we have to bring him to grooming until we found this Nono grooming close to home. Their staff are so friendly, professional & gentle with our dog. Milo enjoyed is spa bath the last time he was there. We are a regular now.
