I’m 20 pounds lighter feeling great I’ve lost 20 pounds doing the 40 day protocol and I’m feeling great. I’m well rested, energetic and loving life. I’ve got about 10-15 more pounds to lose and will continue this process again after my 3 week retrain session. I love the food on this program. Simple meals and fun to mix up my combinations. Hello Hi, The reason why I am giving you three stars is the reduced potency. As I mentioned in previous reviews I feel the product lacks potency. I have tried other products and their products did reduce my cravings. The Skinnyup products did assist in my weight loss however, I feel most of the weight loss is due to my ability to stick to the diet plan. I would recommend this product to people who have seriously dieted in the past and know how to make real sacrifices. Thank you,
