GBLittle disappointed with shipping method I was a little disappointed because I paid for priority shipping (2-day) and ordered this product on December 14. Unfortunately, I did not receive my package until Dec 26. So much for having my Christmas present on Christmas! The recipient has been using the product and is happy thus far with the results.

GBTracking system issues I like that there is a tracking system. However, after I purchased Route, I am unable to access it because I do not have a gmail account or a personal google account

GBI've had an averae experience with… I've had an averae experience with Bodychek Wellness. Although the website is fairly straightforward to navigate, the product selection isn't overwhelming. I'm not sure how up-to-date the info is; it may have bin a bit better if they provided more recient information on upcoming product launches and trends. The customer service is decent, but not outstanding. I would say overall it's an avergae site, nothing spectaculor. The prices aren't too bad for what you get, but I wouldn't call them the most comepetitive around either. It's an alright site to shop at, but nothing to write home about.

GBThe Customer Service at BodyChek is Top… The Customer Service at BodyChek is Top Rate! First off I found the website easy to use...simple, easy to navigate, and easy to checkout. Shipping has been super fast so far with my orders too. Customer service representatives responded to an email inquiry I had almost immediately and was super helpful...even above and beyond!!!

GBOutstanding! Have made two orders now - one as a gift and one for myself for post-op support and I have got to say the product is outstanding and now an all-time must-have for my medicine cabinet. The customer service when my first order was running late (due to carrier issue) was compassionate! Great company and above average products!
