USI was not impressed with the 21-day… I was not impressed with the 21-day challenge. Don't waste your money because it's exactly the same thing that you did for the 7-day challenge which is free. I felt like the advice and comments on my food posts were very robotic and not genuine. Stick with the 7-day challenge because members post great food prep ideas and meal pics. You'll be able to get some good info to start you on your keto journey and it's free!

CAThe private member group and Ivette's… The private member group and Ivette's daily check on food intake are super valuable to stay on track. The shortfall and lack of confidence in this program stem from the information literature. There are many spelling and grammar errors throughout the documents. Some unique products listed are vague for new clients to Keto Living, so could use better explanation. Menu plans given repeat some days for lunch and dinner, which makes it appear to was cut and pasted and not properly compiled. These issues could easily be rectified so makes me pause when they are not.

USI really got some helpful information… I really got some helpful information just for reviewing Phase I. I understand the process more better first day on the 21. I know after the 21 day challenge I will be at my goal or close to it. After the 21 day challenge I want to go on and on for health reasons.
