The Best Vegan Taro Protein I purchased the Vegan Taro Protein and I mixed my scoop of powder with 1/2 C Almond Milk and 1/2 C coconut milk and blended in a blender until mixed. It was a little on the thick side so I now add a bit more almond than coconut milk to get a thinner consistency. I love that this vegan recipe is not grainy like what I am used to. I love the light purple color from the absence of extra food coloring, I hate when you can taste the dye in other products. This is the best tasting vegan protein I have tried yet!
