GBgood solution for my problem Quick delivery, fair price, great solution to the problem I had (counting pills for dispensing--accuracy to 10 mg when the smallest pill in my "collection" in 90 mg is perfect). The only thing I would have wished for is that some calibration weights were included (for the calibration procedures on p. 14 of the manual). Most of us (I think) don't have 200 g and 400 g weights hanging around. It might cost $8-10 to provide one each of 200 gram and a 400 gram weights (which together can be the 600 g last calibration step, if I can still add...)

GBIt did not go well with detecto DL1030 It did not go well with detecto DL1030. I tried to print some labels but apparently I got an error about not enough gap between the label. Maybe the thermal label didn't have the right gap for my DL 1030 that it wasn't able to print correctly. Fortunately or unfortunately, I was able to get it to print a few but I keep getting an error every time. Wasted a lot of time but I had no choice.

GBBest choice for precision scales Excellent customer service and good selection/prices as compared to any other scales sites. I would never buy a precision instrument like this on mega-huge/cheap websites (you know who) - but even if you wanted to, the selections are bare and low-end. After a lot of researching and choosing to buy here, I would highly recommend scalesplus for anyone shopping for a scale for their business.

GBScale is OK, but between the two identical scales we have-we get different part counts. Scale is great, but this was a backup to the same Tree scale we already have. When we count our parts-which are around 5,000 pcs. per lb. we get 7 pieces different between the 2 scales. We are going to attempt to calibrate the scales with the certified 200 Gram weight standard we just bought. How do you go about calibrating them when they are manufactured ?
