Grow Light Central is a fantastic company !!! I spent approx $7,500 with Anthony (owner) for a Centurianpro trimming system ... he was GREAT to work with ... the system arrived quickly and has been working perfectly ever since ... it is a first class product , company and owner !!! .. he even gave me his personal cell # in case i needed any immediate communication .... you can't go wrong with Grow Light Central ... thanks Anthony , Vic Layman in Roanoke,Virginia

Outrageous shipping fee’s but has been rectified I paid a shipping fee for the magic trimmer since it was going to be delivered in Canada. When UPS delivered the package, we had to pay another fee of $119.39. So in all, we paid more than half of the value of the trimmer to be shipped. Since writing this review, Grow Light Central has gotten back to us. They where not aware of UPS’s outrageous fee’s and are working on using other shipping companies. This was out of there control but they offered a credit anyways which we were happy to accept. It is nice to see a company go out of there way to rectify a problem. If only UPS could follow this principle.

So far service has been good but… So far service has been good and accurate. However the press sometimes is not responding to lowering the heat pad sometimes. It’s a serious safety hazard. Should I return this item? I have to unplug and plug back in to work sometimes. If my finger ever gets caught in it my finger will get destroyed. Am I missing something? Manufacturing defect
