The product ordering and delivery were… The product ordering and delivery were excellent. I was disappointed with the quality of the product from my order on 5/28/2022. The bends in the 2-Hole Standard Pipe Straps 2 inch were difficult to align with the Rectangular Plate 8-Hole Base. The Strap, DSAW783BEG was shaped in an imprecise manner making it difficult to align the strap with the post base. This was different than the same product number I ordered in March. In March, the strap had a very precise bend and aligned very well. The straps may be from a different producer.

multiple issues but we got the project finished there is no inventory availability, no real tracking info, so it's a mystery whether or not the order was shipped, then it showed up over a two or three day period and was short some of the hardware so we had to purchase what we needed locally to finish there is no follow up to what is still not delivered and really no obvious way to check on it or get a refund for the undelivered balance

Good prices and easily reached a human on the phone. The company was easy to reach and kept in contact with me about my order. When I had an issue upon receiving the order, they quickly rectified it. The prices were great as well.

Order fulfillment success 2 things keep a customer returning for more products! Better pricing by searching competition online and order fulfillment once you have found a supplier with the items your searching. Post COVID I personally make a call/ send a message confirming product availability prior to placing online orders. I can honestly say I have found a new vendor “discount strut accessories” the success is in they’re name. Thank you
