There are numerous massage chairs out… There are numerous massage chairs out there. It’s almost overwhelming. I did my research. First start with the Prime Massage Chairs website. There are a number of articles there about choosing a chair that’s right for you right there on their website. Then as I had questions I talked to Daniel D. who was very responsive & informative. And Prime Massage Chairs gave us a great price. We decided on the Luraco i9. It’s made in the US which is a plus. No complaints about the chair. The feet/legs, neck and arm massage are wonderful. The low back massage is a little strong so I’m working on the adjustments. We’ve had a couple of technical issues w/ the chair ( mostly trying to get educated on the remote control) & Luraco has been A+ on customer support. They walk us thru everything. We are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you Prime Massage Chairs.

I found the chair I wanted I found the chair I wanted, obtained the price I wanted to pay, and was done in about 45 minutes. Cant beat that service.

It’s been awhile since we purchased but… It’s been awhile since we purchased but transaction was pretty much flawless. Our Osaki Chair is great, no complaints! Not sure of original purchase date.
