Trust I was a little nervous to send my gear all the way across the country and them honor their agreement. It would have been easy to say there was something wrong with it or find a way to not pay but they were 100% honest, transparent, and did what we all agreed.

I've made several purchases with BMB… I've made several purchases with BMB due to lead time issues with manufacturers (1200A MDP panel, NEMA 1 and 3R disconnects, etc). BMB has provided prompt estimates, excellent communication and their refurb equipment has been in perfect working condition with new paint, etc. Providing 100% payment upfront via wire transfer seemed suspicious on my first purchase, so I had an electrical contractor that I knew from previous projects close to BMB's location visit their shop before initiating the transfer. BMB welcomed them in, gave them a tour of their facility, walked them through their refurb process and let him inspect the MDP panel that I was purchasing. By doing so they earned my trust and gained 2 new clients! Five star service - 4 star rating for requiring payment in full up front.
