Shipping was a breeze as they provided all the instructions necessary to insure my items arrived undamaged, they also provided a prepaid UPS label. I was contacted after they had received my package and told my check was on the way. Was a very good experience!

USNeed to learn how to keep track of their own stuff! Ordered a breaker that their website said was in stock. Was contacted by someone saying that when they went to look for it, it was missing. I gave them 8-10 additional part numbers that would work, that their website said were in-stock. They couldn't find any of them. Waste of my time.
