Quality product and quality personel First off, this product is as described. It's a unique item that's really cool to have to protects your floors. That aside, I ordered the wrong item by mistake, and they bent over backwards to stop the wrong item from leaving LA to save me an added shipping cost. It was an overall ideal experience.
