Great company, very responsive to queries. I have purchased every book Dr. Bradley has published, several of them multiple times as gifts. His Survivalist series is a great "take your mind off your troubles" series that demonstrates many of the survival techniques he shows in his preparedness books. I have always trusted his expertise and pre-ordered his home EMP shield - was saddened when he closed it down, but then excited again when he put out a new solution which I immediately purchased and installed.
