AUThey tell big lies to sell you there⦠They tell big lies to sell you there products . Making claims that a product will be able to do a certain task When it clearly doesn't. Purchased a rotavap with water cooler as a set and within 20min of first run was clear that cooler was useless so purchased second chiller machine which was recommended to do the job and it's not able to keep cold after only half hour of run time it's warmed up 20 deg and struggling , following all there instructions with no luck so we had to add a ice bucket to cooling system to get it to sort of work . No offer to replace unit on warranty, Across solution is for us is to spend another $1000 to replace this unit for a even bigger one. I know now what it is I need but most certainly won't be buying it from across it will be someone with better service and warranty.

USVery good Customer Service Very good Customer Service. they can even send their engineer to go every state to help to fix the machine. They have provided our company with excellent service that has helped us further our process development. Their staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to materials and is willing to spend extra time with us to make sure all of our questions are answered. They are located in Livingston NJ. Their prices are fair. They are quick with getting their work done and can be relied on if you are pressed for time. I have had a good experience working with them for the past couple of years and have no problems recommending them to others.

USCritical design flaw with little engineering support. Our company bought a GCF 1700 furnace for metal heat treatments. They earned a star because temperature control and uniformity is good, but it is an utter failure for its cooling system. We spent almost a year troubleshooting issues with no progress. Then we heard from other owners of the same furnace that the welds around the water jacket leak water into the chamber. We searched out leaks and did the weld repair at our own expense, but new leaks keep popping through the water cooling jacket. Technical support has been nonexistent, their user manuals are incorrect on almost every page, and we have now spent almost double the cost of the furnace repairing it and it still doesn't work. Our metal oxidizes so badly it sometimes vaporizes entirely. The company's approach has been "once you buy it, it's your problem."
