Lucy is AMAZING! Lucy is AMAZING!! we worked together for the 3 months before I went on holiday this summer, my goal was to lose weight and while I did just that, I also gained SO much confidence in myself and the knowledge that eating what you love while calorie counting shouldn't be restrictive and can be so much fun, I would absolutely recommend Lucy to anyone, whether you've been into the gym for years or just starting she is just absolutely fabulous 🫶🏼🩷

Lucy has helped me grow as an individual Honestly Lucy has helped me grow so much as an individual. Coming into this experience I have always been active, in the gym, playing sports but I started to feel really insecure in how I looked. Through Lucy help I am now alot more confidence, lighter in weight, but more toned and have muscle definition throughout my body. Lucy helped me find amazing recipes to follow and enjoy, along with actually keeping me to a diet which I usually only last a couple of weeks before giving up. I was with Lucy for about 5/6 months and throughout that time stayed consistent and saw results. Being in Lucy community is more than just an online coach but the topics discussed help you grow as an individual. Very grateful for everything I learnt through being with Lucy and would definitely go back to her in the future!

6 months with Lucy I worked with Lucy for 6 months, July through December. One of the main reasons I chose to work with Lucy was because of how highly she preaches food freedom, and I was at a point where I didn't see food as food, or even nutrition, I only saw calories. Working with Lucy, she helped me come to terms with my eating habits and slowly increasing my calories to a healthy level all the while teaching me about food in a more in-depth way. To put it frankly, she helped heal my relationship with food. However, the real test for me was when I had to go off on my own after those 6 months. It's one thing healing whilst somebody's holding your hand, it's an entirely different thing when they let go and you have to keep doing the work on your own. Luckily I'm happy to say that Lucy's teachings stayed with me, continuously helping me in the 3 months since. Things are obviously tougher when you're on your own, but my lessons with Lucy has left me with so many tools to successfully stay on this journey. I think that speaks volumes about her, her program, and how good she is at her job. She is just as lovely, cheerful and approachable as she seems. If you are considering Lucy, I highly recommend her. She will listen to you, she will accommodate you, and she will never judge you. Honestly, I couldn't recommend her enough if you're feeling lost or stuck.

6 months with Lucy I have worked with Lucy for 6 months and she has honestly changed my life for the better. I couldn't imagine not going to the gym a couple of times a week now. I am confident in the gym, confident performing exercises and upping weights, and confident in making decisions regarding my food now! It was so nice to learn about how no food is inherently bad and to still enjoy the foods I loved while making progress with my weight and body! Highly recommend giving training with Lucy a chance, you could completely change your life!

Would definitely recommend I did coaching with Lucy for 3 months and I absolutely loved it! I would definitely continue if it weren’t for some financial issues I have at the moment. I loved the recipes she gave me and that she was pushing me to go to the gym and holding me accountable. She listened if I wanted to change something which I valued a lot! I would definitely recommend Lucy if you are looking for an online coach.
