I’ve reached out to this company three… I’ve reached out to this company three times and have received no response. There isn’t a phone number to call, or a local office. I never received a confirmation email for my purchase or any shipping details.

I returned to the website to try and resolve this and they told me to go F off. So I tried to resolve it with affirm they keep telling me to contact the seller. It's definitely a scam and affirm is definitely in on it. Now I don't have a shed affirm says I owe them 1100 and they are giving me the run around I've spoken to 8 different affirm cs reps. If anyone has resolved their scam please share. The loan is titled "Dimetris Hasley" I'd drop screen shots if I could

Just received and pending assembly Just received and pending assembly. Materials in order appear to be good quality. Only minor issue was delayed delivery of third box of three box order. Not a problem as I could not have started assembly any earlier.

Fake website Fake website. The website has 3 addresses between the contact information and terms/condition acceptance. There was a website on Google for the UK. Google deemed them to be a scam address. The address under the contact is Lowes in Brooklyn, NY. I had a messaging representative tell me they are affiliated with Lowes. I had a Lowes representative tell me they are not. After several YouTube websites also claimed scam. It's weird to me that the 5 star reviews on there are all people with middle initials or people with periods in front of their last names. Several reviews and their website is in poorly written English, which could be understandable if it were a small company, but I think it is unlikely for a company claiming to be US based and international.

Scammed me out of $800 because the loan for the cabana pergola went to Affirm. The phone number isn't being answered and the chat line isn't responding. I reported all this to an FBI line, IC3.gov.
