I never recieved my product and they… I never recieved my product and they have not responded to any messages and the phone number is a google assist phone number! Their address says New York but is actually in California and they shipped a 9” x 9” 1 pound package to a different address and won’t respond to anything! This company is 100% scam!! Do not order from them!

Fraudulent company I ordered a swimming pool two weeks ago. Aside from confirming the order, I’ve heard nothing from the company. There are no links to check order status. There’s no legitimate way to contact the company. I’ve sent several emails with no response. I’ve received no updates on delivery or shipping. I believe this is a fraudulent company.

I cancelled the order and you send me a… I cancelled the order and you send me a Chat mssg stating the order is out of stock and you returned the money to affirm yet affirm is looking for a payment from me asking me how I’m enjoying my order. I will be reportiIng this company and…Affirm for fraud I will be reportiIng this company and Affirm to the FBI. Never received the pool I order in May of 2023. They keep taking the money every month. Also, I am turning them over to the fraud department at my bank. Both of these agencies will definitely investigate. Once they see all the people who have been scammed, I don't have any doubt that these companies will be in hot water. A class action suit should be started by all the customers who have been scammed. Shame on Affirm for backing a company that doesn't really exist. Nor has a legit store. Class Action Suit everyone. Stop your payments at your bank. Talk to the fraud units at your bank! DO IT NOW!
