don't rate your experience when asked! Easy to get a reasonable quote, haven't had any problem with the lawncare company, but as soon as I gave the lawncare service 5 stars based on the 1st visit, the quote increased by 20% within seconds.

Disabled Veteran As my husband is no longer able to do any yard maintenance, we struggle with the appearance of our yard. This young man was on time as promised and very personable! Job done quickly and very well. Our yard looks nice and very neat compared to some others in our area.

Terrible and completely unreliable This company is terrible. I had two different guys cancel at the last minute and there is zero customer service. I left messages and my call was never returned. Don't waste your time.

First mow of the season First mow of the season. WOW Landscaping. Blake communicated with me throughout the wait for service. Additionally made the effort to still service my lawn after the rain and thunder as to not delay the mow. I really appreciated this. My lawn was nicely and more than well mowed and cared for in this service. Listened to my request, and charged an affordable price for my service. I would recommend, as well as continue to use this company. Thank You As of April 15th I had to discontinue utilizing this company. As they have waited to inform me that they are a weekly service only. Offered me a chance to have bi weekly service for a tag on cost of an additional “$30” per service. So even though my first experience was great. I was not able to utilize them moving forward. I signed up for biweekly service from the start on GreenPal. This should have been addressed a presented to begin with…….as I could have selected a Vendor that would literally serve “my requested needs as a customer”. So the reviews for the company still stand. Great 1st experience. However disappointing lapse in quality customer effort afterward and price increases. Inability to focus on customer care versus what works for them. My thought is lawn care is customer needed orientation. The customer decides what they can afford and when. Not the other way around. I’m 53 years old and a disabled Veteran who mows my own lawn. I merely signed up to have a Vendor help out this season every other week.Help according to my affordability and schedule. So, not certain if this was a “GreenPal” fault or a Vendor fault in failure to pay attention to literally what is being requested by customers.

Bid $60 came out and said $300 Bid $60 came out and said $300. Canceled. No way to search site or stop bids coming in. Site is either down or malfunctioning. Nice concept, just needs work. Customer service was contacted 3 times and each received a can response for me to do steps that involved tabs that did not appear. Repeatedly telling them I could not, got the same response.
