I did not feel a dam thing the pre work outs from 5% kept me Going for hours . Plus when it comes to competitive bodybuilding. Real bodybuilders do not drink protein shakes all the protein comes from food . The reason I say this is because 5% is the only company ever to come out with a eggwhite protein powder form . No better way to get your protein source then egg whites .

Aminos help me not get sore anymore as much! The creatine is lighter on my stomach then GNCS creatine which upsets my stomach.
