The nut butter is great, bad customer service The nut butter is great. Good taste and fits my macros. However I had a horrible customer service experience. Delivery delayed 5 days, no communication from the company. When I emailed, I just received scripted responses. When I replied that my question had not been answered, they stopped replying to my email.

Overall Overall, my experience with DropanFBomb was almost good. I had been using their servces for a few months now and I must say there are few thngs that could be better. Pricing, on the other hand, is quite reasonable and deliveris fast. Overll, I think this compny could use some more updates but the basic servces they provide are quite satisfying. Stil, there is much rooom for imporvement. Spellling errors aside, I think this company should consider more customer friendly packages.

Good foods from good people Thanks for a fast delivery (although I'm usually patient), fair price (although I'm willing to pay for quality) and an awesome product (I have tried plenty). I'm using this product for cooking but also to prolong my morning fasting ( or the eating of an actual meal) for an additional hour or two. Its tasty and filling and working great. Thanks a ton. The customer service was shameful The customer service was shameful. First, my order took abnormally long to ship. Only after I got in touch with customer support that I found out my order was “flagged” and cancelled. I asked Courtney to explain why it was flagged (whatever that means) and expressed my disappointment with that. She never acknowledged my disappointment nor did she offer an explanation.
