It’s smooth, it also goes down your throat smooth, no funny after taste, it blends perfect ! All you have to do is blend it with bananas if you eat bananas I like to freeze my bananas , peanut butter (ill rather choose organic peanut butter from Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s) add some honey or agave syrup, chai seeds, some almond milk or whatever milk you want ! Some ice it’s going to taste amazing

This is the best protein I've found out… This is the best protein I've found out there that includes superfood greens, BCAAs, glutamine, probiotics. Sugar free, gluten free. Tried the mixed berry this time which is delicious by itself, but I like it even more when I use half scoop of chocolate and half of berry. I add two scoops of full fat Greek yogurt for even richer taste and added protein.
