Gives me much needed relief! I was skeptical, but these eye vitamins are definitely helping my dry eye symptoms. I'm currently still on my first bottle, I'm doing the recommended loading dose of 6 tablets a day. I've really noticed a difference. I've been able to use less eyedrops, which is great! EYETAMINS are An Arizona Woman's BEST FRIEND I have had significant relief from dry eyes since I discovered Eyetamins in an article in Shape magazine some time ago. Living in Arizona had made my dry eye issue worsen. I don't like to take prescription meds unless absolutely necessary and I always try out an alternative first. I noticed an improvement the first month of using Eyetamins. I only use Refresh eyedrops additionally when dust and heat during Monsoon makes it necessary if I am outside.
