I'm currently still on my first bottle, I'm doing the recommended loading dose of 6 tablets a day. I've really noticed a difference. I've been able to use less eyedrops, which is great! New packaging or different product Previously have used product clearly marked “Sea Berry” on my doctor’s recommendation with noticeable improvement . When reordering the product packaging is changed and does not mention sea berry. After calling company they say it is same product but details on box and bottle are different and product does not seem as effective with respect to helping alleviate dry eyes
