CANever received my shipment I ordered a month supply of the vivoo strips, but after a month of waiting I reached out to see where my order was. They advised there was a shipping error and they would send a new pack out, arriving in 3-6 days along with an email with tracking information. Another two weeks passed, no email, no tracking, no strips. I contacted them again as I assume they did not ship them again. They issued me a refund immediately which makes me think because it was only a month order, it wasn’t worth the shipping for them. I’d like to try them but not willing to go through that long of a retail experience again.

SAThis test wasn't accurate for me Following from the response from Vivoo I will always consider a blood test to be more reliable. I won't be buying this product again. This test wasn't accurate for me. It stated low sodium. I actually did a blood test on the same day and it showed sodium levels were in the high end of normal range. My hydration is low but I drink 3 liters of water daily. How reliable are the other results?
