The mission of Hemp Factory Outlet (HFO) is a simple one. We are the source for high-quality, low-cost hemp derived products. Since 2015, we have strived to stay ahead of the competition. HFO is our statement to the world that we are committed to our work, to our clients, and to this industry. We have seen artificial commoditization drive down prices on hemp biomass and extracts. Yet, the price of retail products has not kept pace with the price of the commodities. HFO has full control and ownership of our supply chain. Our no-frills, straightforward approach rewards the consumer with consistent, efficacious products at the most competitive prices in the market. There is no need for glamour. Pretty labels and packaging, expensive marketing campaigns, and vanity get in the way of delivering quality and affordability. We rely on word of mouth, referrals, and repeat customers.

Overall Overall, I've had an ordinary experience with hempfactoryoutlet.com. The average range of items and services offered seemed adequate for my needs, and the customer service seemed quite typical. I've checked out a few of their products, and they seemed pretty middle of the road. Delivery seemd of average timeliness and the pricing was quite medocre. Nothing out of the ordinary, except that it took a bit more energy than I had anticipated. Definetely not the worse, but not the best experience either.
