USNo Response To 3 Emails? I did a decent amount of research into CBD products looking for high quality recently third-party tested products. In my search I found Hempsi, and their products looked pretty good and they have a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that is decently recent (no QR code only problem). The site looks legit and their products looked promising so I subscribed to their Broad Spectrum CBD 0.0% THC (50mg). After trying it for a few weeks or so I did not feel much of a difference. I feel like it was helping a little but I am not sure if it is just placebo. Anyways, on September 10 it re-subscribed. I realized later that night (like 3am lol) and canceled the subscription then emailed them for a refund almost immediately since I wasn't really feeling much of a difference and I was low on money so I thought it would probably be better to just save the money. I emailed late on a Sunday (technically Monday morning) so I knew they wouldn't answer immediately. They didn't answer for 3 days so I responded to my email. The next day I responded with a new email, and it has now been 11 days and I still have NO RESPONSE. Before the third email I checked the order and it said it was ready for shipping and to be delivered soon.. I was trying to cancel before that. I'm assuming they are trying to ignore me so I give up and just keep the product without refunding, as many companies are scummy and do that, but I am no ordinary customer. Are all their products bad? I cannot say, they may have some good products. Their products aren't nano so they will not absorb as well, so maybe I am just not absorbing enough for my tolerance or taking it right. Are they a good, ethical, trustworthy company? I am now starting to question that, although, I hope not. Possibly my emails slipped by, but it is less likely that is the case, but still a chance nonetheless. EDIT: I will be raising from 2 stars to 3 as the Co-Founder emailed me apologizing and issued a refund right away, and without asking let me keep the shipment I already had so at least something is being done and I'm still not being ignored. Plus they responded pretty quickly this time.

USCould be a scam This is the first review I've written about a company or product, but I'm worried I've been scammed. It's been two weeks since I placed an order with Hempsi, and there hasn't been any update. I have tried to call multiple times to no avail. I have also emailed several times with no response. I'm very unhappy with this purchase. I would look around at other companies. *UPDATE 9/15/23* Immediately after I posted the earlier review, I received an email in the middle of the night from Hempsi, saying they would look into the situation in the morning. Sure enough, I got a call in the morning. It turns out there was a strange shipping situation. Hempsi took care of my order immediately and even sent it next day air. Here we are less than two days later and I received my order. The products are great. Very happy with the service and would now highly recommend this company.

USBig help My dog was diagnosed with bone cancer and I read an article about full spectrum CBD helping with pain. It has made a noticeable difference in helping in his pain.

USSomething is different… UPDATE: The CEO of Hempsi read my review and contacted me immediately. He was apologetic that no one from customer service had responded to my initial concern. He is also sending me a replacement order and different products to try for my anxiety. I appreciate his response. This last order I received tastes and smells different from any other Hempsi I’ve ever had. It even burns my throat when I swallow it. I emailed the company a week ago to let them know and ask if the formulary had changed, and no one has responded. I have been a faithful Hempsi user for over 3 years, but I will be moving on.
