No phone to call No known address even direct order from them they use ebay or amazon to ship product which is a drag because ordering direct from company they charge more and they don't really keep you in the shipping loop like I ordered two of the same thing and they came from two different places two days apart so if you don't like stress take that into consideration they are good about answer email and are polite
