I sought Mindwell's service for… I sought Mindwell's service for Semaglutate. Their website shows their program is physician supervised, includes a nutrition and exercise plan, and unlimited messaging with their health coaches. I would not say their program is physician supervised. I met with a NP initially, was prescribed the medication and never had any follow-up from them. After 6 weeks, I contacted them. Their welcome email even said, "we will stay in touch to ensure that your titration and treatment is going well." The nutrition plan was directing you to Full Plate Living, there was no exercise program. I was told I would get 2 free sessions with a health coach, which I never received and their website says unlimited messaging with their health coaches. I was never told who or where I could message these health coaches. The only time you hear from them is when it's time to reorder. I feel like this company does not really care about their clients, even though they will say they do. They are money hungry and want to offer this service for a money maker without any effort on their part. My first shipment came unrefrigerated and had a card that said the pharmacy was changing their shipping procedures and it was okay to ship unrefrigerated. My next shipment was refrigerated. Shouldn't of that first shipment been recalled due to not being refrigerated?

Haven’t spoken to anyone since initial… Haven’t spoken to anyone since initial video call. I set up Breeze account, but no correspondence on there. Did receive a video chat notice at 8am, but I missed it because I had no for warning it was coming until time had passed and I noticed it on my phone. Semiglutide is a long term weight loss, however I was expecting to lose a lot more than I have just from discussions about it. That’s on me though. Nothing to do with Mindwell. I would like to have talked to somebody about upping my dose to see if that would help. I’m going to continue for my 3rd mth but not sure if I will stay on program after that.

The nurse practitioner Laura Law was … The nurse practitioner Laura Law was real nice and seemed to be really concerned about me as a patient and as a person. I was really impressed by her and the office staff as a whole.
