GBSerenity Softgels and Zzzs Help! I ordered both the Serenity CBD Softgels and ZZZs Liquid. I take the Serenity in the morning and have seen a decrease in my mild anxiety. One dropper of ZZZs under my tongue at bedtime and I'm soon off to sleep. I've seen a marked difference in my sleep quality.
