Chris quickly offered a different product very similar (but was more expensive) as a replacement to the one I ordered or a refund for the product in question and even offered a discount code for future orders. Local shop only stocked one size of… Local shop only stocked one size of work trousers which seemed a bit bizarre , however the retailer was very helpful in providing on line contacts. The on line shopping experience was good . Fast delivery with shop pick up . Clothing product was excellent quality.
