Ordered 5 cartons of deck screws Ordered 5 cartons of deck screws, they were dumped into 3 boxes and called it 5, the website states these are sold by the carton, i contacted Braden, in sales, he said if I wanted to receive the 5 individual cartons ( as ordered) the price would be $24.93 higher per carton than what the website states per carton. I contacted another company, they said the would always ship in cartons, never dumped in a box I was a customer with Wholesalebolts for several years, but not anymore Update: i just received an email from Braden clarifying his intent for price change was not the price of the screws but freight. I change my review to 3 stars, because they should have shipped as ordered. . Rand, Thanks for the response, in this case we would have paid the extra freight for the 5 cartons (or buckets) we have to now repackage this in order ourselves. a task my guys were not happy about.

Forget the box stores where you're lucky to find bolts in 2 inch increments. These guys have half inch increments in all the diameters and finishes, always in stock. I went to 3 box stores looking for 5-1/2" X 5/8" dia. hot dipped galvanized bolts. Are you kidding?
