During the pandemic During the pandemic, filters for our air purifiers were hard to find. Barb did her best to get us our filters in a timely manner, but her supplier was not shipping as promised. Barb did her utmost to keep us aprised of progress of the order, which we ultimately did receive!

The unit arrived in great shape The unit arrived in great shape, we have been using it now for about 3 weeks and it appears to be working great. Significant improvement in air quality, we will continue to monitor air quality but so far we are please with the unit.

She has years of technical experience and invested a considerable amount of time to learn about the issues we wanted to resolve. She then recommended effective and affordable solutions.
