Definitely recommend Contacted Bob on the Thursday and an appointment was made for the following Monday. Bob arrived at the time he'd arranged - talked through the options, then got on with the job. He was friendly & courteous and very informative about my options. He cleared up after himself and we found his prices to be extremely reasonable, especially with guaranteeing his work for 2 yrs. Would definitely recommend.

Excellence and high standards What I found excellent was the customer service. Once you experience great and genuine customer service you know the work will be of a high standard. Bob Mayson did not disappoint. He came when he said was prompt, great job, efficient, a very nice guy. He also went straight on to my elderley mother who feels just the same. He offered great respect and helped my mum with his knowledge and experince, elderley people are so often left not always understanig technology, not the case with this guy. Very greatful.
