GBIssues with product and poor customer services Issues with product, jump 1500x not charging via solar or 12v. virtually all questions sent have been ignored. It’s now been about 3 weeks since initial contact and they have asked me to send the extra battery back. How has this got anything to do with the jump 1500x not charging? It now been 3 day with no reply. Rubbish customer service and rubbish product (from my experience) so frustrating.

GBIt's proving to be an invaluable part… It's proving to be an invaluable part of our new venture called Bearzero - Run's two fridges for 8hrs off one charge plus countless USB chargers / lights / camera etc. Will probably have to buy another battery to add to the system - but very impressed so far!

GBExcellent company Excellent company, I had a problem with my Vtoman i was quidded on what to do with great response via sending back to Vtoman with a return label also Vtoman had a courier service to collect, What else can I say only EXCELLENT SERVICE VTOMAN KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. LOYAL FAN.
