GBIssues with product and poor customer services Issues with product, jump 1500x not charging via solar or 12v. virtually all questions sent have been ignored. It’s now been about 3 weeks since initial contact and they have asked me to send the extra battery back. How has this got anything to do with the jump 1500x not charging? It now been 3 day with no reply. Rubbish customer service and rubbish product (from my experience) so frustrating.

HUWhy no EU website in English??? You closed your EU website, now you only have a German website! Please note that Germany does NOT equal to the EU and most EU citizens do NOT speak German! Also the UK is NOT in the EU so if a EU citizen orders your product from the UK store they have to pay custom fee! Why do you neglect EU so much?

IENot a nice not a nice experience experience... Not a nice experience... First they could not deliver to Ireland so I had it posted to the Irish post office in England to post to Ireland Then it got lost on the way to them and had to white 3 weeks to respond to me .....
