Can you then tie three wires to the corresponding three wires? You are then that close to high-performance heat for a little bit of money! (You can get something equivalent for merely TWELVE times the price, yes 12!) Screwdriver in hand, you can rid yourself of combustion-based heating and ALL their accompanying troubles of air-quality monitoring, fuel tank, safety, insurance concerns or timely fuel deliveries in these TWO steps with TWO basic tools! Get great silent heating while getting rid of the tons of troubles accompanying combusting heat. You can still enjoy your fireplace, but only because YOU feel like it, not because you need it anymore! It will jingle your bells! Buy the REAL silent night for the future holidays. Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. On hold incessantly. Heaters lost by FedEx. Spent 4 hours of my life trying to find them. They did not care. Sent me wrong hold address location. Happy to refund me only because they refused to pay for overnight shipping on new ones. Total nightmare. No empathy robot people. Hours of my life wasted. I would like to have reviewed the heaters but hey. God knows where they are weeks later.

The Envi heater is amazing! The Envi heater is an amazing product. Very simple to install, operate and the customer service is outstanding. We recently did a laundry and mudroom addition, about 200 square feet, where getting our existing hydronic baseboard heating into was not an option. After doing a lot of research on electric heating options I choose the 120v Envi hardwired unit and it is outstanding. Produces more heat than we need and is super quiet and does not take up really any space on the wall. Super easy to install and looks really nice as well. The one thing I would recommend is getting a thermostat. There is one on the unit but it simply controls the heaters output meaning the unit is on all the time. With the thermostat you can set the heaters output and then have it only come on when needed. This is a really great product, very happy!

Still Waiting For My Heater I ordered an Envi Heater two weeks ago as I thought it would be perfect to help warm up my living room. Both the website and the email I received from them stated that it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. When I check on my order status, it still says "awaiting fulfillment" and I still haven't received my order. Hopefully it will be shipped soon or I will be canceling my order and getting a refund.
