GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. On hold incessantly. Heaters lost by FedEx. Spent 4 hours of my life trying to find them. They did not care. Sent me wrong hold address location. Happy to refund me only because they refused to pay for overnight shipping on new ones. Total nightmare. No empathy robot people. Hours of my life wasted. I would like to have reviewed the heaters but hey. God knows where they are weeks later.

GBOur child care program found itself in… Our child care program found itself in a pickle - with most of our furnaces needing critical repairs during a routine maintenance check. eHeat was an approved unit by our state child care licensing entity and state fire Marshall. I called and talked with Davon, who helped me place a very large order and rush the delivery. The units arrived on time and were installed (easily) - warming our center/classrooms within 24 hours to be able to open. The fire Marshall was also very impressed with the quality and safety during inspection. We are choosing to leave the units installed in case of the need for supplemental heat. We are very satisfied and would recommend this product and company.

GBLousy and Unfair Customer Returns Process! Lousy customer returns process. The on/off button on our newly purchased Envi heater remained depressed and permanently stuck in the ON position. I contacted eHeat using their web form to no avail, so I finally called. The rep wanted me to return the heater before they would send a replacement. When I protested that this would mean our room woutd be heat-less until we rec'd a replacement heater - because of a FLAW IN THE PRODUCT, he offered to ship the replacement after we showed proof of mailing the malfunctioning product. That still means days of being heat-less (in the TV room where we installed the Envi) until we receive the replacement. That seems really UNFAIR for something that isn't our fault but the result of a MALFUNCTION IN THE ENVI PRODUCT.

GBWe installed two plug in wall heaters… We installed two plug in wall heaters in a new small woodworking shop. While they do not have sufficient heat to rapidly heat up the space, we find the steady heat they produce keeps the space quite warm, even when the outside temp is below 0 degree F. We then use a larger electric heater to bring the room up to working temps (60-65F), and then let the wall heaters sustain that level throughout the day. Easy to install, safe to operate, easy to clean.

GB12 out of 41 heaters in our… 12 out of 41 heaters in our five-year-old building have Failed - not a very good reliability percentage! Because these wall mounted units are hardwired we can’t just plug them in. we have had to hire a Electrician every time we’ve had to replace one. Cost as much is the heater itself!
