GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. On hold incessantly. Heaters lost by FedEx. Spent 4 hours of my life trying to find them. They did not care. Sent me wrong hold address location. Happy to refund me only because they refused to pay for overnight shipping on new ones. Total nightmare. No empathy robot people. Hours of my life wasted. I would like to have reviewed the heaters but hey. God knows where they are weeks later.

GBWe installed two plug in wall heaters… We installed two plug in wall heaters in a new small woodworking shop. While they do not have sufficient heat to rapidly heat up the space, we find the steady heat they produce keeps the space quite warm, even when the outside temp is below 0 degree F. We then use a larger electric heater to bring the room up to working temps (60-65F), and then let the wall heaters sustain that level throughout the day. Easy to install, safe to operate, easy to clean.

GBWorried Issues; Customer Service Web site stated 1 to 2 business days to ship (but need to take holidays into account) Although ordered around holidays, order status was awaiting fulfillment. When I called customer service, another 12 days before fulfilment. Obviously, Haven't had a chance to review unit, but will if it arrives .

GBStill Waiting For My Heater I ordered an Envi Heater two weeks ago as I thought it would be perfect to help warm up my living room. Both the website and the email I received from them stated that it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. When I check on my order status, it still says "awaiting fulfillment" and I still haven't received my order. Hopefully it will be shipped soon or I will be canceling my order and getting a refund.

GBBest heater ever Best heater ever. Everything they say about them is true; very efficient, silent, low profile and totally dependable. We have purchased 3 and our neighbor has 8 ( her house is two story, 23 feet tall and wide open. She, too, is completely satisfied.
