CAScrewdriver and level? You're in luck! Can you measure a spot on the wall from the floor and a second one on the same level a little farther? Can you then tie three wires to the corresponding three wires? You are then that close to high-performance heat for a little bit of money! (You can get something equivalent for merely TWELVE times the price, yes 12!) Screwdriver in hand, you can rid yourself of combustion-based heating and ALL their accompanying troubles of air-quality monitoring, fuel tank, safety, insurance concerns or timely fuel deliveries in these TWO steps with TWO basic tools! Get great silent heating while getting rid of the tons of troubles accompanying combusting heat. You can still enjoy your fireplace, but only because YOU feel like it, not because you need it anymore! It will jingle your bells! Buy the REAL silent night for the future holidays. It's called an Envi from eheat.

GBStill Waiting For My Heater I ordered an Envi Heater two weeks ago as I thought it would be perfect to help warm up my living room. Both the website and the email I received from them stated that it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. When I check on my order status, it still says "awaiting fulfillment" and I still haven't received my order. Hopefully it will be shipped soon or I will be canceling my order and getting a refund.

GBWorried Issues; Customer Service Web site stated 1 to 2 business days to ship (but need to take holidays into account) Although ordered around holidays, order status was awaiting fulfillment. When I called customer service, another 12 days before fulfilment. Obviously, Haven't had a chance to review unit, but will if it arrives .
