Just purchased our second Envi heater Just purchased our second Envi heater. The far bedrooms in our 2-story, single HVAC zoned-home get very cool in the winter. Even at a very low setting, the Envi is easily able to keep the chill out of the room, which allows us to keep the heating system at a lower setting overall. The second unit will replace a conventional oil-filled radiator that we currently use in the Master Bedroom. The Envi is easy to install (plug-in version), makes no noise, is energy efficient, and works really well! The build quality is excellent. This product is highly recommended!

One of the 9 units I bought went bad in… One of the 9 units I bought went bad in 2 weeks . Almost impossible to replace . Terrible customer service

WOW best room-space heater WOW. Just wow. We have used zone heating, with various space heaters for decades. The eheat beats them all. No noise, no dust, efficient use of electricity, easy to install, very quick to heat up, attractive, no floor space used, easy to adjust heat level, steady *Warm*, safe for pets/children, mount plug-in and forget it ... We are impressed. Now we are planning where to install another eheat!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. On hold incessantly. Heaters lost by FedEx. Spent 4 hours of my life trying to find them. They did not care. Sent me wrong hold address location. Happy to refund me only because they refused to pay for overnight shipping on new ones. Total nightmare. No empathy robot people. Hours of my life wasted. I would like to have reviewed the heaters but hey. God knows where they are weeks later.

Lousy and Unfair Customer Returns Process! Lousy customer returns process. The on/off button on our newly purchased Envi heater remained depressed and permanently stuck in the ON position. I contacted eHeat using their web form to no avail, so I finally called. The rep wanted me to return the heater before they would send a replacement. When I protested that this would mean our room woutd be heat-less until we rec'd a replacement heater - because of a FLAW IN THE PRODUCT, he offered to ship the replacement after we showed proof of mailing the malfunctioning product. That still means days of being heat-less (in the TV room where we installed the Envi) until we receive the replacement. That seems really UNFAIR for something that isn't our fault but the result of a MALFUNCTION IN THE ENVI PRODUCT.
