GBStill Waiting For My Heater I ordered an Envi Heater two weeks ago as I thought it would be perfect to help warm up my living room. Both the website and the email I received from them stated that it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. When I check on my order status, it still says "awaiting fulfillment" and I still haven't received my order. Hopefully it will be shipped soon or I will be canceling my order and getting a refund.

GBBest heater ever Best heater ever. Everything they say about them is true; very efficient, silent, low profile and totally dependable. We have purchased 3 and our neighbor has 8 ( her house is two story, 23 feet tall and wide open. She, too, is completely satisfied.

GBThese heaters are excellent. These heaters are excellent in bedrooms at the end of your forced air heating runs that are tough to keep warm. They do an incredible job of keeping rooms around 150 to 175 square feet very comfortable. Installation is simple and the results are nearly immediate.

GBLousy and Unfair Customer Returns Process! Lousy customer returns process. The on/off button on our newly purchased Envi heater remained depressed and permanently stuck in the ON position. I contacted eHeat using their web form to no avail, so I finally called. The rep wanted me to return the heater before they would send a replacement. When I protested that this would mean our room woutd be heat-less until we rec'd a replacement heater - because of a FLAW IN THE PRODUCT, he offered to ship the replacement after we showed proof of mailing the malfunctioning product. That still means days of being heat-less (in the TV room where we installed the Envi) until we receive the replacement. That seems really UNFAIR for something that isn't our fault but the result of a MALFUNCTION IN THE ENVI PRODUCT.
