Best heater ever Best heater ever. Everything they say about them is true; very efficient, silent, low profile and totally dependable. We have purchased 3 and our neighbor has 8 ( her house is two story, 23 feet tall and wide open. She, too, is completely satisfied.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. On hold incessantly. Heaters lost by FedEx. Spent 4 hours of my life trying to find them. They did not care. Sent me wrong hold address location. Happy to refund me only because they refused to pay for overnight shipping on new ones. Total nightmare. No empathy robot people. Hours of my life wasted. I would like to have reviewed the heaters but hey. God knows where they are weeks later.

Screwdriver and level? You're in luck! Can you measure a spot on the wall from the floor and a second one on the same level a little farther? Can you then tie three wires to the corresponding three wires? You are then that close to high-performance heat for a little bit of money! (You can get something equivalent for merely TWELVE times the price, yes 12!) Screwdriver in hand, you can rid yourself of combustion-based heating and ALL their accompanying troubles of air-quality monitoring, fuel tank, safety, insurance concerns or timely fuel deliveries in these TWO steps with TWO basic tools! Get great silent heating while getting rid of the tons of troubles accompanying combusting heat. You can still enjoy your fireplace, but only because YOU feel like it, not because you need it anymore! It will jingle your bells! Buy the REAL silent night for the future holidays. WOW best room-space heater WOW. Just wow. We have used zone heating, with various space heaters for decades. The eheat beats them all. No noise, no dust, efficient use of electricity, easy to install, very quick to heat up, attractive, no floor space used, easy to adjust heat level, steady *Warm*, safe for pets/children, mount plug-in and forget it ... We are impressed. Now we are planning where to install another eheat!

No More Drafts! The temperature in my bedroom during the winter time used to be extremely drafty due to having baseboard heating.
