GBI placed an order for material on… I placed an order for material on 3-28-20. Filti acknowledged receipt of my order on 4-1-20, after charging my credit card on 3-30-20. If you call their number, they ask you to leave a voicemail message with your phone number and e-mail address. Why? They don't return calls or emails. It is now one month later. I have received NO material, NO contact from Filti regarding an estimated ship date or anything. I understand things are running behind due to the situation, but a simple email with an estimated ship date would be nice. To date, I have made over 600 cotton face masks WITHOUT this product. I am initiating a dispute of this charge with my credit card company. Not good business.
