Bio-X4 has greatly improved my gut Bio-X4 has greatly improved my gut. My “eliminations” have gone from 6-8 times a day to a much healthier 1-2 times a day. I feel like my body has a greater chance to benefit from all the food nutrients versus being eliminated so quickly. Looking forward to seeing weight loss results once I move pass this healing stage.

So far so good. So far the scale has slowly started moving down. I am also having gall bladder issues (it's only functioning at 45%) but since I have been on this the pain isn't as bad and my stomach isn't as easily upset. Also, going number 2 isn't liquid all the time now.

I've already lost about 10 pounds during this time and I notice a difference in a number of ways. I have IBS and many food allergies/sensitivities, but since using these products, I can really tell and feel a huge difference.
