GBI took 3 pills a day one before each… I took 3 pills a day one before each meal, and I noticed I was filling up faster as well as cutting out my late night cravings. However, I also started working out more and drinking more water. I am going to go another month without Nucific pills see how I am doing continuing with my workouts.

GBBio-X4 has greatly improved my gut Bio-X4 has greatly improved my gut. My “eliminations” have gone from 6-8 times a day to a much healthier 1-2 times a day. CAI am 73 I am 73, about 220lbs, type 2 diabetic on Metformin, Glyburide and a small shot, 14 units, of Insulin. I am feeling good and have lost a little weight but have become constipated! I'm hoping that I will get over it soon without having to take something to rectify that situation.

GBI purchased the probiotic, digestive enzyme and BioX4 I purchased the products listed in the title of this review. Taking all three together once a day and the BioX4 with the digestive enzyme twice a day has eliminated my desire to graze during the day. I feel fuller longer, do not experience bloating and am beginning to feel a loss of fat at my waistline (jeans are looser fitting). Thumbs up!

GBI'm in the middle of my first 3o day… I'm in the middle of my first 3o day trial and I feel a big difference already. I've already lost about 10 pounds during this time and I notice a difference in a number of ways. I'm not as hungry as I used to be, in fact I find myself stopping when I'm full rather than continuing to eat. I also notice a slight difference in my energy and surprisingly I notice a difference in my gait. I'm actually walking like a younger man. I look forward to continuing my trial.
