I took 3 pills a day one before each… I took 3 pills a day one before each meal, and I noticed I was filling up faster as well as cutting out my late night cravings. However, I also started working out more and drinking more water. I am going to go another month without Nucific pills see how I am doing continuing with my workouts.

No more stomach pains I had severe stomach pains due to ecoli bacteria. I tried several medications but the pain was still there. I decided to try Bio X-4 and immediately the pain went away. Life Changing Supplement… I have struggled with constipation for over For 10 + years, I have struggled with constipation I have tried the “orange stuff,“ the “tasteless, fiber powder,“ and several other products designed to address this problem.
