GBI'm in the middle of my first 3o day… I'm in the middle of my first 3o day trial and I feel a big difference already. I've already lost about 10 pounds during this time and I notice a difference in a number of ways. I'm not as hungry as I used to be, in fact I find myself stopping when I'm full rather than continuing to eat. CAI am 73 I am 73, about 220lbs, type 2 diabetic on Metformin, Glyburide and a small shot, 14 units, of Insulin. I am feeling good and have lost a little weight but have become constipated! I'm hoping that I will get over it soon without having to take something to rectify that situation.
