I took 3 pills a day one before each… I took 3 pills a day one before each meal, and I noticed I was filling up faster as well as cutting out my late night cravings. However, I also started working out more and drinking more water. I am going to go another month without Nucific pills see how I am doing continuing with my workouts.

It provides an alright range of vitamins, minerals and supplements to compenment your diet. I tend to shop around for the farest deals and I have noticed that nucific's prices arn't always the compettiveist. Pruduct quality seems to be alrite in genral with minimal complaint from me or my friends. Overral for an avarage experiance this would be a good opition to consider.
