I've already lost about 10 pounds during this time and I notice a difference in a number of ways. I'm not as hungry as I used to be, in fact I find myself stopping when I'm full rather than continuing to eat. I also notice a slight difference in my energy and surprisingly I notice a difference in my gait. I'm actually walking like a younger man. I look forward to continuing my trial.
