GBI'm stuck between a five star and a 4… I'm stuck between a five star and a 4 star!!! It's really good and it fits great, I got the "Red Chevron" color with stripes n Stuff. Overall it fit perfectly except for the front and controller, the front on my Series X was very difficult but it worked overall and the controller I decided to take off but it fit very well, I just didn't feel like having it on

GBRipped Off Place an order two weeks ago and they still have not shipped my order. They provided a tracking number that doesn't track anything. I asked for a refund but haven't received a reply. Avoid doing business with mightyskins.

GBProbably one of the worst products I… Probably one of the worst products I have ever ordered. Tried this company after the company we had been using for 9 years stopping making skins for the model of Surface Pro's we use in our office. After ordering 3 new skins, what arrived was NOT the graphic that I uploaded (even though they told me it was). They had added the Microsoft graphic squares that could be punched out to reveal the logo on the back of the Surface Pro but totally ruined our company name. The quality of the matte vinyl was awful and the product came with scratches on it. After reaching out to customer service I was told they would offer replacements at a "discounted rate . . . in case I wanted to try again". NO THANK YOU! If you are looking for skins i would highly recommend the quality at Decalgirl, so much better. Be warned - wish I had seen all of these reviews before ordering.

GBYuck Ordered a laptop skin for 30 bucks, expecting it to be decent quality. It was not. It was flimsy and cheap and did not fit my computer at all. I requested to return it and they expected me to pay to ship it back in order to receive a refund. Didn't bother trying to fix the mistake either. I highly recommend not buying from this company.

GB5 stars for excellent customer service 5 stars for excellent customer service. First I emailed a little upset because my tracking number hadn't updated in 2 days. They responded the following business day (I emailed them after hours) and explained that sometimes the carrier doesn't update the tracking number in timely manner. Fair enough plus it's the holidays. Tracking updated but when I received my item it had a minor cosmetic defect. I let them know and they basically apologized sincerely and sent me a replacement the next day. That's A1 customer service right there. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
