CAnever shipped my order never shipped my order. They only give you a UPS number but don’t really send the package out. And you don’t have any way to contact them

GBRipped Off Place an order two weeks ago and they still have not shipped my order. They provided a tracking number that doesn't track anything. I asked for a refund but haven't received a reply. Avoid doing business with mightyskins.

GBYuck Ordered a laptop skin for 30 bucks, expecting it to be decent quality. It was not. It was flimsy and cheap and did not fit my computer at all. I requested to return it and they expected me to pay to ship it back in order to receive a refund. Didn't bother trying to fix the mistake either. I highly recommend not buying from this company.

GBIssues on both separate orders The first vinyl I ordered for the back of my s23 ultra was a great, strong,thick, and well packaged. But the camera stickers didn't have a hole cut out for the big cameras or small ones. Not having the vinyl on the camera lens will lead to scratches and it also looks much better having it match the rest of the phone. They include the stickers to make it look like they include it, but realistically it is pointless to even include them in the package. I emailed them about it and they said that isn't normal and should have come with cut outs. So, many months later I purchased another one because I wanted to change the look. Same exact issue with the first one. I'm giving a 1 star because I hope in doing this they actually do something about this. I believe this all comes down to being lazy and they can fix it from the way it's printed out. If I had the tools to cut perfect circles out I wouldn't be posting this. Other companies have the holes pre cut which is a plus.

GB5 stars for excellent customer service 5 stars for excellent customer service. First I emailed a little upset because my tracking number hadn't updated in 2 days. They responded the following business day (I emailed them after hours) and explained that sometimes the carrier doesn't update the tracking number in timely manner. Fair enough plus it's the holidays. Tracking updated but when I received my item it had a minor cosmetic defect. I let them know and they basically apologized sincerely and sent me a replacement the next day. That's A1 customer service right there. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
