GBPacking is a joke! Special ordered the ‘Angry Koi’ as a 4x4 foot sheet of vinyl for a project. Packing tube was damaged, packed very poorly. The vinyl roll inside had no protection so now to get the roll out I have to cut the tube carefully so I don’t cut the vinyl. The bottom and top caps were missing and then taped. I’m very disappointed after spending extra for ‘protection’ and this is how I received it. Amber from customer service took no accountability, and said “the creases and folds will typically vanish”…. The dent in the tube dented the vinyl, preventing the vinyl to come out. Wasted about $120 (would’ve been $160 before coupon found), on a 4x4 foot size sheet. Never ordering from this company. Don’t waste your money and time.

GBWaste of money and time Waste of money and time Bought a skin for my ps5, not knowing it would be some cheapy sticker - ended up being too big for the retail cover and the stickers for the controller are also too big and easily scuffed- really sucks as the graphics were super cool and I would have loved to make use of the 20 dollars I spent on some 50 cent stickers

SKI ordered a sticker for my phone I ordered a sticker for my phone. Got none in almost 2 months. And they dont send it again, but refund only half of the money i paid - just the sticker price, not the shipping.

GB5 stars for excellent customer service 5 stars for excellent customer service. First I emailed a little upset because my tracking number hadn't updated in 2 days. They responded the following business day (I emailed them after hours) and explained that sometimes the carrier doesn't update the tracking number in timely manner. Fair enough plus it's the holidays. Tracking updated but when I received my item it had a minor cosmetic defect. I let them know and they basically apologized sincerely and sent me a replacement the next day. That's A1 customer service right there. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

GBI wish I could give negative stars I wish I could give negative stars. My package either got stolen or got lost. I live on a quiet street and never saw my package. Not only did I pay $20 for some stupid sticker, but when I contacted the company, they wanted me to pay more for a new one instead of just sending me a new $2 sticker. They would still be making $16 if they sent me a set of 5 stickers. The customer service agent Amber was zero help too. Not accommodating, just sticking to the book with zero compassion. I wouldn’t advise anyone to order this junk. Just go to a store and purchase something like this.
