GBCutouts are off Cutouts are off, the skin is also cut too big in certain areas and hangs off the edge not the best way to throw out money tried to fix it best i could with a razer blade but paying that much for a skin that was of low quality was a huge let down the skins on aliexpress have more precise cutouts and fit perfecty

GBThey look great but design is terrible. They look great but design is terrible, will leave certain part of skins out and not print them for no good reason so looks like an incomplete job and when asked if we can get them printed , customer service response is horrible. Better options available out their so stay away from this one.

GBIssues on both separate orders The first vinyl I ordered for the back of my s23 ultra was a great, strong,thick, and well packaged. But the camera stickers didn't have a hole cut out for the big cameras or small ones. Not having the vinyl on the camera lens will lead to scratches and it also looks much better having it match the rest of the phone. They include the stickers to make it look like they include it, but realistically it is pointless to even include them in the package. I emailed them about it and they said that isn't normal and should have come with cut outs. So, many months later I purchased another one because I wanted to change the look. Same exact issue with the first one. I'm giving a 1 star because I hope in doing this they actually do something about this. I believe this all comes down to being lazy and they can fix it from the way it's printed out. If I had the tools to cut perfect circles out I wouldn't be posting this. Other companies have the holes pre cut which is a plus.

AUArrived today Arrived today - very underwhelmed. I ordered a skin for my Roomba i7 - so hard to apply and no instructions whatsoever. Really disappointed in the end result and have another order coming in glitter. Very expensive for what I got and took weeks to arrive. Won’t bother next time.

GB5 stars for excellent customer service 5 stars for excellent customer service. First I emailed a little upset because my tracking number hadn't updated in 2 days. They responded the following business day (I emailed them after hours) and explained that sometimes the carrier doesn't update the tracking number in timely manner. Fair enough plus it's the holidays. Tracking updated but when I received my item it had a minor cosmetic defect. I let them know and they basically apologized sincerely and sent me a replacement the next day. That's A1 customer service right there. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
