Amazing customer service and technical support I am just impressed by their customer service and technical support. We ordered it on thursday and was surprised to receive it the very next day on Friday. It wasn't until Sunday evening when I decided to install it. I though they will be closed for sure but I called anyways around 8 pm. They were open and quickly transferred me to technical support, the whole team is very courteous and knowledgeable, they helped me install it in 10 minutes and about 1 hour later I was already in love. With their video on demand everything from old black and white movies and plays to the tv series or mosalsalat. I love it. Thank you Magic tv box for an amazing product and service.

I had magictv and this box not even… I had magictv and this box not even close to it. No US station. When I tried to return it which was the first day I got it. Customer service said I would be charged for one month plus to ship it back. So I just put it back in the box and pretty soon it will be in the trash
