Placed order ,received confirmation… Placed order ,received confirmation email, they charged my CC. No further contact, no answer to email, no tracking or shipping info. Wish i had looked at this trust pilot rating before ordering. SCAM, SCAM SCAM!

Awful experience: Awful experience: This seller was quick to process our credit card but everything since then has been negative. We were provided a tracking number of our order which ended up being an incorrect tracking number. The phone number listed for this business has given a busy signal for over a week now. It's been over 2 weeks with response to our emails, no product has arrived, and no follow up with any explanation. Very frustrating.

"Richboatparts.com" has "Rich Mobile Outboard Repair" address and phone number. When ordering from "Richboatparts.com" i received order confimation and tracking, the tracking number was for someone elses package with shipping oridin of CA and "Richboatparts.com" is "located"in FL. Our credit card charge origin is out of singaphore. The entire thing is a sam. please take this site down

You suck You suck. You charged my credit card on January 13 for an ironman watch and I never recieved it. I disputed it with my credit card company because I'm not paying for something you can't even bother to send me.

richboatparts.com is a Scam richboatparts.com is a Scam. Phone number was a disconnected one from Utah. Address was a motel in Florida. Contacted Rich's Mobile Outboard Repair (a business with a good reputation) that was listed on the website and left a message for the package supposedly delivered to the wrong address. The owner called back letting me know that it was a scam and they do service only and do not sell parts.
