The communicatin with their customer service is pretty fast, but sometimes not always helpfull. I got my order in time and and it was quite well-packeged. I wish they had more payment methods. I've noticed some spelling mistakes in ther product description, so they should pay more atention to that. All in all, I can opino that they are decent and expirienced seller.

So many websites have a myriad of problems; some are straight-up scams or at least dishonest about the products they sell, take a seemed eternity to ship, etc. But this experience was smooth, easy but not condescending, and got my product to me quickly.
