GBI've been using your product for many… I've been using your product for many years now and I recently tried to contact your company 4 times via phone and 3 times via email . With absolutely no response from you. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication from you . I had an important question and I've even left messages and still no response. Not the kind of business I want to continue doing business with as a fellow business owner . 👎

GBMessed up Customer Services Beta kids customer services is a complete mess. They never pick my calls nor respond to the email messages I have been sending to them since last year. I saw that my account was charged and I immediately tried to reach out via email and calls but no one has responded nor replied my email. This has been happening since last year. Does it mean that they do not have customer services reps working for the any more?

IMI was trying to buy the product online I was trying to buy the product online, but discovered that they don’t ship to Canada yet. i sent an email, explained my problem and sales rep contacted me a few days later and organised a special delivery for us. He was very helpful. All in all a very positive experience.

GBTimely and Efficient Response The response of Daniel, concerning a last minute change of address, was swift and the problem of a potentially lost shipment was averted! GBGreat for immune building! My kids have taken these since the fall and have only gotten one cold that was mild while on them. Although Betas don’t prevent all sickness, they have certainly bolstered their systems noticeably!!
