I had a pretty oridinary experience… I had a pretty oridinary experience with 'betakids.com'. Nothin out of the outranary. I found the service on average, no complaints really. The website was OK, nothign to wrie home about and the customer serviec was at par with simmilar websites. I wouldn't say it was great but also not unacceptble. Collectively, it was kind of median. No miscalculations were met with and I didn't knwo what to expecct and that's what I got. All in all, and avergae experince but safe to say I won't be coming back.

My kids have gotten sick while taking the supplements but I trust that the beta glucan is beneficial. It’s helpful that it is sent to my door each month and I don’t have to think about reordering.

Messed up Customer Services Beta kids customer services is a complete mess. They never pick my calls nor respond to the email messages I have been sending to them since last year. I saw that my account was charged and I immediately tried to reach out via email and calls but no one has responded nor replied my email. This has been happening since last year. Does it mean that they do not have customer services reps working for the any more?

Toddler loves them! Shopping experience was a breeze! The discount code I used was also very convenient and encouraged me to make sure we had enough vitamins for our daughter. She loves them! I feel confident giving them to her because they have what she needs and she's not getting sugar and other yucky stuff she doesn't need. An easy way to get my toddler to take her vitamins!
