A lifelong believer My family has been taking Beta Kids for several years. We don't take them everyday. We only take them when we feel like we're coming down with something. My daughter had strep throat & she took 2 of them with 10,000 IU of vitamin D & vitamin C. The next day, the strep was gone! I have taken Beta Kids to clear a tooth infection.
