I had a pretty oridinary experience… I had a pretty oridinary experience with 'betakids.com'. Nothin out of the outranary. I found the service on average, no complaints really. The website was OK, nothign to wrie home about and the customer serviec was at par with simmilar websites. I wouldn't say it was great but also not unacceptble. Collectively, it was kind of median. No miscalculations were met with and I didn't knwo what to expecct and that's what I got. All in all, and avergae experince but safe to say I won't be coming back.

With absolutely no response from you. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication from you . I had an important question and I've even left messages and still no response. My children have been on this for 5… My children have been on this for 5 years and it has been a game changer. My two-year-old was sick every week to every two weeks in daycare. Once she started taking this she stopped catching all of the daycare viruses and spreading them to the rest of the family. This is well worth it, it saved us time in taking off sick and personal days to take care of our children, as well as the money spent on constant medication to ease cold and virus symptoms.
