GBToddler loves them! Shopping experience was a breeze! The discount code I used was also very convenient and encouraged me to make sure we had enough vitamins for our daughter. She loves them! GBI trust beta kids I’ve seen it work… I trust beta kids I’ve seen it work with my own eyes my 18 month old started with a cold and sore throat and ear problems because everyone in the house had Covid I gave him three a day for seven days he never got sick. It went away the very next day, and he has been maintaining it. I think God for beta kids.

IMI was trying to buy the product online I was trying to buy the product online, but discovered that they don’t ship to Canada yet. i sent an email, explained my problem and sales rep contacted me a few days later and organised a special delivery for us. He was very helpful. All in all a very positive experience.

GBI had a pretty oridinary experience… I had a pretty oridinary experience with 'betakids.com'. Nothin out of the outranary. I found the service on average, no complaints really. The website was OK, nothign to wrie home about and the customer serviec was at par with simmilar websites. I wouldn't say it was great but also not unacceptble. Collectively, it was kind of median. No miscalculations were met with and I didn't knwo what to expecct and that's what I got. All in all, and avergae experince but safe to say I won't be coming back.

GBMessed up Customer Services Beta kids customer services is a complete mess. They never pick my calls nor respond to the email messages I have been sending to them since last year. I saw that my account was charged and I immediately tried to reach out via email and calls but no one has responded nor replied my email. This has been happening since last year. Does it mean that they do not have customer services reps working for the any more?
