My kids have no problem taking these vitamins; I appreciate that they taste good so it's not a fight to take vitamins. They also help us stay healthy! With absolutely no response from you. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication from you . I had an important question and I've even left messages and still no response. I had a pretty oridinary experience… I had a pretty oridinary experience with 'betakids.com'. Nothin out of the outranary. I found the service on average, no complaints really. The website was OK, nothign to wrie home about and the customer serviec was at par with simmilar websites. I wouldn't say it was great but also not unacceptble. Collectively, it was kind of median. No miscalculations were met with and I didn't knwo what to expecct and that's what I got. All in all, and avergae experince but safe to say I won't be coming back.
