Messed up Customer Services Beta kids customer services is a complete mess. They never pick my calls nor respond to the email messages I have been sending to them since last year. I saw that my account was charged and I immediately tried to reach out via email and calls but no one has responded nor replied my email. This has been happening since last year. Does it mean that they do not have customer services reps working for the any more?

Great supplement! Great supplement for my girls. My little one got sick with a wet cough and fever but fever usually lasts 3 days with her... but she only had it one day, gave her Tylenol once and that’s all it took. She does have a weaker immune system so it will take time to build it up with these supplements but overall happy with signs of improvements.

Big thanks to Beta kids!!!! I so much love beta kid for what it does on my kid’s health. It’s a fantastic supplement for quickly building kid’s immune system. As for their customer services, it’s very outstanding!!! Beta kids has one of the best customer services personnel’s who are very professional in rendering their services. They are also kind hearted, just like the that attended to me this morning. I feel so comfortable talking to them and narrating my concerns. They are so wonderful and patient. Tried to cancel my auto ship for the… Tried to cancel my auto ship for the last few months, numerous phone calls with no response after leaving numerous messages, tried emailing, put a stop charges through my credit card and they still keep sending this to me! Like the product but terrible customer service!
