Big thanks to Beta kids!!!! I so much love beta kid for what it does on my kid’s health. It’s a fantastic supplement for quickly building kid’s immune system. As for their customer services, it’s very outstanding!!! Beta kids has one of the best customer services personnel’s who are very professional in rendering their services. We love our BetaKIDS gummies We love our BetaKIDS gummies. We've been getting them off Amazon, but I ordered them off the website directly because they have fair pricing and a auto-ship option. My kids have no problem taking these vitamins; I appreciate that they taste good so it's not a fight to take vitamins. They also help us stay healthy! My kids have been better able to fight off all the germ sharing illnesses from school! Also means my toddler and baby at home are also able to stay healthier. I highly recommend and now all my nieces and nephews take them too!

With absolutely no response from you. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication from you . I had an important question and I've even left messages and still no response. Tried to cancel my auto ship for the… Tried to cancel my auto ship for the last few months, numerous phone calls with no response after leaving numerous messages, tried emailing, put a stop charges through my credit card and they still keep sending this to me! Like the product but terrible customer service!

I was trying to buy the product online I was trying to buy the product online, but discovered that they don’t ship to Canada yet. i sent an email, explained my problem and sales rep contacted me a few days later and organised a special delivery for us. He was very helpful. All in all a very positive experience.
