GBMessed up Customer Services Beta kids customer services is a complete mess. They never pick my calls nor respond to the email messages I have been sending to them since last year. I saw that my account was charged and I immediately tried to reach out via email and calls but no one has responded nor replied my email. This has been happening since last year. Does it mean that they do not have customer services reps working for the any more?

GBWe love our BetaKIDS gummies We love our BetaKIDS gummies. We've been getting them off Amazon, but I ordered them off the website directly because they have fair pricing and a auto-ship option. My kids have no problem taking these vitamins; I appreciate that they taste good so it's not a fight to take vitamins. They also help us stay healthy! My kids have been better able to fight off all the germ sharing illnesses from school! Also means my toddler and baby at home are also able to stay healthier. I highly recommend and now all my nieces and nephews take them too!

GBMy children have been on this for 5… My children have been on this for 5 years and it has been a game changer. My two-year-old was sick every week to every two weeks in daycare. Once she started taking this she stopped catching all of the daycare viruses and spreading them to the rest of the family. This is well worth it, it saved us time in taking off sick and personal days to take care of our children, as well as the money spent on constant medication to ease cold and virus symptoms.

GBI had a pretty oridinary experience… I had a pretty oridinary experience with 'betakids.com'. Nothin out of the outranary. I found the service on average, no complaints really. The website was OK, nothign to wrie home about and the customer serviec was at par with simmilar websites. I wouldn't say it was great but also not unacceptble. Collectively, it was kind of median. No miscalculations were met with and I didn't knwo what to expecct and that's what I got. All in all, and avergae experince but safe to say I won't be coming back.

GBTried to cancel my auto ship for the… Tried to cancel my auto ship for the last few months, numerous phone calls with no response after leaving numerous messages, tried emailing, put a stop charges through my credit card and they still keep sending this to me! Like the product but terrible customer service!
