I feel 100% confident that my kids have… I feel 100% confident that my kids have a much stronger immune system from taking BetaKids due to reduced colds and shortened recovery time when they do get a cold. Having a strong immune system during these times are EXTREMELY important! Thank you for this solid product!

Messed up Customer Services Beta kids customer services is a complete mess. They never pick my calls nor respond to the email messages I have been sending to them since last year. I saw that my account was charged and I immediately tried to reach out via email and calls but no one has responded nor replied my email. This has been happening since last year. Does it mean that they do not have customer services reps working for the any more?

My ordinry experince with betakids.com… My ordinry experince with betakids.com wasaveragic. They provide mediocare selections of products and it's hard to find whatever u need. Prices are avearge and there are other companies outa there with betta selections, pricings and even quality of servis. I wasn't so impressed with this one. Customer servis is respond in a reeosanable amount of time but they lack up to dait informatin nd can somwtimes give wrong informatn. I wouldn't recommend this one to other people and will probablyl ook for another option in the future.

Big thanks to Beta kids!!!! I so much love beta kid for what it does on my kid’s health. It’s a fantastic supplement for quickly building kid’s immune system. As for their customer services, it’s very outstanding!!! Beta kids has one of the best customer services personnel’s who are very professional in rendering their services. They are also kind hearted, just like the that attended to me this morning. I feel so comfortable talking to them and narrating my concerns. They are so wonderful and patient. I had a pretty oridinary experience… I had a pretty oridinary experience with 'betakids.com'. Nothin out of the outranary. I found the service on average, no complaints really. The website was OK, nothign to wrie home about and the customer serviec was at par with simmilar websites. I wouldn't say it was great but also not unacceptble. Collectively, it was kind of median. No miscalculations were met with and I didn't knwo what to expecct and that's what I got. All in all, and avergae experince but safe to say I won't be coming back.
