A lifelong believer My family has been taking Beta Kids for several years. We don't take them everyday. We only take them when we feel like we're coming down with something. Messed up Customer Services Beta kids customer services is a complete mess. They never pick my calls nor respond to the email messages I have been sending to them since last year. I saw that my account was charged and I immediately tried to reach out via email and calls but no one has responded nor replied my email. This has been happening since last year. Does it mean that they do not have customer services reps working for the any more?

Toddler loves them! Shopping experience was a breeze! The discount code I used was also very convenient and encouraged me to make sure we had enough vitamins for our daughter. She loves them!
