Messed up Customer Services Beta kids customer services is a complete mess. They never pick my calls nor respond to the email messages I have been sending to them since last year. I saw that my account was charged and I immediately tried to reach out via email and calls but no one has responded nor replied my email. This has been happening since last year. Does it mean that they do not have customer services reps working for the any more?

Timely and Efficient Response The response of Daniel, concerning a last minute change of address, was swift and the problem of a potentially lost shipment was averted! I have always received swift and kind treatment from this company! Just one of many reasons I keep buying products from Beta Kids.

Tried to cancel my auto ship for the… Tried to cancel my auto ship for the last few months, numerous phone calls with no response after leaving numerous messages, tried emailing, put a stop charges through my credit card and they still keep sending this to me! Like the product but terrible customer service!

A lifelong believer My family has been taking Beta Kids for several years. We don't take them everyday. We only take them when we feel like we're coming down with something. My daughter had strep throat & she took 2 of them with 10,000 IU of vitamin D & vitamin C. The next day, the strep was gone! I have taken Beta Kids to clear a tooth infection. All it takes is 2 Beta Kids with vitamin C. Beta Kids are miraculous & we will never be caught without them!

I had a pretty oridinary experience… I had a pretty oridinary experience with 'betakids.com'. Nothin out of the outranary. I found the service on average, no complaints really. The website was OK, nothign to wrie home about and the customer serviec was at par with simmilar websites. I wouldn't say it was great but also not unacceptble. Collectively, it was kind of median. No miscalculations were met with and I didn't knwo what to expecct and that's what I got. All in all, and avergae experince but safe to say I won't be coming back.
