My kids have gotten sick while taking the supplements but I trust that the beta glucan is beneficial. It’s helpful that it is sent to my door each month and I don’t have to think about reordering.

A lifelong believer My family has been taking Beta Kids for several years. We don't take them everyday. We only take them when we feel like we're coming down with something.
