A lifelong believer My family has been taking Beta Kids for several years. We don't take them everyday. We only take them when we feel like we're coming down with something. My daughter had strep throat & she took 2 of them with 10,000 IU of vitamin D & vitamin C. The next day, the strep was gone! I have taken Beta Kids to clear a tooth infection. Great for immune building! My kids have taken these since the fall and have only gotten one cold that was mild while on them. Although Betas don’t prevent all sickness, they have certainly bolstered their systems noticeably!!
