Tried to cancel my auto ship for the… Tried to cancel my auto ship for the last few months, numerous phone calls with no response after leaving numerous messages, tried emailing, put a stop charges through my credit card and they still keep sending this to me! Like the product but terrible customer service!

I had a pretty oridinary experience… I had a pretty oridinary experience with 'betakids.com'. Nothin out of the outranary. I found the service on average, no complaints really. The website was OK, nothign to wrie home about and the customer serviec was at par with simmilar websites. I wouldn't say it was great but also not unacceptble. Collectively, it was kind of median. No miscalculations were met with and I didn't knwo what to expecct and that's what I got. All in all, and avergae experince but safe to say I won't be coming back.

My kids have no problem taking these vitamins; I appreciate that they taste good so it's not a fight to take vitamins. They also help us stay healthy! My kids have been better able to fight off all the germ sharing illnesses from school! Also means my toddler and baby at home are also able to stay healthier. I highly recommend and now all my nieces and nephews take them too!
