I would recommend nobody ever spend your money here since you'll probably be sent a product that is used/broken out of the package (and that alone is absolutely DISGUSTING), you'll then be blamed and gaslighted for the issue, offered no help, and told to follow up with the "warranty". warranties cover things when they break, never having worked to begin with is the VENDOR'S issue. anyway, this brand SUCKS and I'm sorry I gave them my money or the opportunity to do the right thing. I eventually had to file a chargeback with my card since they refused to do anything. edit: thank you for perfectly proving my point with your response, THS. you've really got the whole gatekeep, gaslight, girlboss thing down pat. blaming your (former) customers for your many flaws, and trying to avoid any accountability for the low standards of your products by placing blame on anyone else says absolutely everything about you as a brand. you truly have no integrity and it shows in your dismissive, blameful responses. DO BETTER.
