I bought one two years ago with a five year warranty and that company is nowhere to be found today. Spend the money with a reputable company and avoid the ones that won’t be here to honor what they sell!

The amazing ice out I purchased the ice out for hunting purposes to keep a large area ice free to duck hunt on. When I received my unit I was overly excited to see how much of an area it would keep open. When I sat it up and turned the unit on, it was actually a huge disappointment, something just wasn’t right so I called. Talk about customer service, from the time I contacted them till I receive my unit back, it’s now working better than I ever expected. Top notch, five stars. I’m excited for hunting season this year.
