Yes, but it was not responsibility of the seller. There was a problem with dispatch because the recepient was not home at the time of selivery. I thought I had lost my purchase. However in just about a week the company sent the product again and free of charge, even though I had not complained. The patient, a brother of mine was under radiotherapy for a squqmos cell carcinoma of the vocal cords, fortunately FenLab produces fenbendazol in powder formulation, and he could start treatment. Nowadays, he is doing well and I shall buy the product again, just for, hopeful, prevention of a relapse.
