Thank you for getting our lab back up and running! Our Auto-stainer began leaking all over the desktop during a busy Mohs session. We called Azer, but unfortunately, our usual rep was away. One of his colleagues, Alicia, stepped in and came out to our office the very next day! Alicia approached the problem with a reassuring calmness that put our lab at ease. The issue of the overflowing water reservoir was caused by tissue remnant backup that in turn clogged the outflow water tube. Once identified, Alicia began to flush and clear the remnants. Alicia was able to get our lab back on track by turning a brick wall into a minor hiccup with ease! We are so grateful for Alicia's assistance and persistence that day!

Only (US) company that makes specific product Azer is the only company who makes a specific product that our lab needs, their prices were obviously waaay cheaper than going through the "big ones" that simply buy Azer products and re-sell. Quick delivery, despite the ongoing shortages around the country and the world.

Shipping Mishap We placed an order and when it was received several boxes were destroyed and repacked by FedEx, which is no fault of Azer's. We could not use these boxes due to the lack of labeling. Amanda was extremely helpful getting these boxes replaced in a timely manner.
