GBThe frames were huge on my face The frames were huge on my face. I have requested a refund but haven’t received it yet. I ordered on 5/5. I received them more than a week later. I requested a return the same day by text and email but it was the weekend so I didn’t get a reply until Monday. It took 4 days for me to be able to take the glasses for return. Refunds take 7-10 days after they receive the glasses back. I probably have another 2-3 weeks before the refund hits my account

GBExcellent value Excellent value. Website was easy to use. Quality frames and my progressive prescription is on the money. The entire process took about two weeks without a hitch and for far less money than local sellers of glasses.
