AUSealer not delivered I ordered the product (1L Sealer) late March 2023. THe tracking number supplied did not work. I followed up after a month and was responded to quite quicly with a message blaming the shipper and that I would receive it shortly. I followed up again 6 weeks later (last week) having not received the product. I have not received a response. UPDATED I had several contacts via trustpilot from Corten+ 1. 6 July, they suggested my review was against Trustpilots guidelines and requested I remove it. My review was compliant and remained 2. 15 August Corten+ argued that I had the wrong domain and should have been reviewing a different domain…again this was not correct, the domain was correct and so the review remained. 3. Today, 23 August, they have at a delivery centre, and again requested I update my review. I have done so, but some 5 months after order they have not delivered my goods nor refunded my money. The product is now of no value to me delivered as I have resolved mh issue in an alternate manner. I will update my review further when I receive the products Very unhappy

NLThey can’t count and have zero customer support. This company is terrible This company is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered and paid immediately for 5 lites. A 1 litre tin turned up. They don’t respond. I had to phone a US customer service line and no one picks up after 25mins listening to music… I am reporting this transaction to the credit card company. I arranged a painter and it cost me money because the clowns don’t know the difference between 1 litre and 5 litre and then have literally zero customer support Good Luck if you order from them!!

FRincredibly long delays I ordered the 20th of January. After a lot of calls and emails I finally received my order at the end of March !!!!! Incredible.... It was so hard... J'ai commandé le 20 Janvier et après de très nombreux appels et email j'ai enfin reçu ma commande fin mars... c'était laborieux...
